looking for a job

Diversity, teaching and learning, teamwork, consulting, developing and creating. Joining the itim-group offers great opportunities to expand your activities within the world of culture and management. Our professionals come from a wide variety of skills and backgrounds and are turned into talented global partners for global players.

We serve our clients best by giving them a deep understanding of culture and its consequences for building up meaningful international relations and for conducting international business affairs in a more effective manner. We do this by:

  • giving training, advice and offer consultancy in the field of culture and management
  • transferring our know-how on culture and management in an integrated way, by requiring our consultants to be experienced in both subjects
  • using the 5-D Model of professor Geert Hofstede and his research as a practical framework

Ina Baum licensee since 2004:“the Itim license helped me to deliver assignments I could never have done on my own. The exchange and continuous development of all of the group’s members is inspiring and I learn tremendously. Feel free to contact me at ina@itim.org if you want to know more about my experience.“

We are looking for highly qualified consultants and trainers who would like to expand their activities in the field of culture and management in any of our three product groups:
Intercultural Management (training, consulting and coaching),
Organisational Culture (consulting) and
Culture & Personality(coaching).

We are open to people who believe in the necessity of creating cultural competence in the same way as we do. Itim has a structure where we offer licensees. To take a license means you become a member of a group of professionals across the world, who all are committed to delivering high quality solutions to clients in the area of culture of management. The process of acquiring an itim-license consists of three certification phases. Two of these phases (the first and third) will be fulfilled by online assignments; the second phase is a face-to-face internal training course.
The next upcoming course will take place in January 2009. All our consultants are educated by itim’s top consultants and make use of itim’s materials and methodology in the same way.

Christian Erfurth licensee since 1986: “Being a part of the itim-group gives me an opportunity to get ideas on how to approach my clients in different ways and to get input on my training from our local experts within the group.”

We provide you with more information on how to become an itim consultant if we believe you are a good fit to our group. Should you match the following requirements, send us your c.v. and accompanying letter on why you would like to work with itim and we will get in touch with you.
