Her professional background includes entrepreneurial experience, developing consulting solutions, implementing human resources management systems and delivering training programs. She has written a book on cultural differences impact on management and human resources management in Romania and is currently researching the models and efficiency of networked organisations. She has an MA from University of Wales and a BA in English Language and Literature from University of Bucharest and has attended management and human resources management courses with The Open University and Seneca College for Applied Arts and Technology.

Adina has lived and worked in a number of countries in Europe and Africa. She speaks English and Romanian and has a good knowledge of Spanish. Adina is originally from Romania and has been living and working in the UK for the last six years.
