Our Italian consultant Alberto Ferrario Worked and lived in Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium, and has traveled extensively for his work. He has a degree in Political Sciences and is specialised in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
From 1972 till 1975 Alberto Worked in IBM where he managed the Personnel Research activities for IBM Europe, Africa and Middle East. He also worked as Director of Human Resources with international industrial and service Corporations. Since 1989 he working as a Management and Organisational Consultant.
In 1993 Alberto established ISR, The Institute for Studies and Research on personnel and organisational issues and joined the itim-group.
Alberto's primary working language is Italian but he also speaks English and French. In his spare time he enjoys keeping contact with the many colleagues and friends from foreign countries he met in the 35 years of his professional activity.
