Candida Snow joined the itim international organisation in 2001. Candida designs and delivers intercultural programmes to a broad spectrum of profit and non-profit organisations all over Europe and beyond. She identifies and develops the competences and skills which are crucial to her clients’ success in their complex international business environment – at individual, team and organisational level. She is also a regular guest speaker and trainer at a number of international business schools and universities.
British by birth, Candida has lived and worked in France and Spain. She now lives in the Netherlands. Before becoming an intercultural specialist, Candida spent many years working in the training and business education field as manager of an international team, consisting of 12 different nationalities. She has extensive first-hand experience and knowledge of the ways in which different cultures manage themselves, their organisations and their interaction with other cultures.
Candida speaks fluent English, Dutch, French and Spanish.
