Working since 1997 as a professional facilitator and consultant in Europe and Asia Christina has gained substantial knowledge in international business and project management across industries. As facilitator she is specialised in developing strategies and visions as well as in round table networking, team building and training facilitation techniques.

In 2004 Christina discovered Hofstede’s model and cultural relativism as basis for intercultural management. She joined Itim and has since then consulted, trained and coached people from production sites to board levels from SME’s to multinationals with a focus on business development in new markets and cultural change.

Christina holds a Master’s degree in philosophy, Slavic Studies and East European Law. She lived and worked in Russia, France and Germany, delivered projects in about 20 countries for people from all over the world and works in German, English, French and Russian. Currently, Christina resides with her partner and three children in Cologne, Germany.
