He graduated at Warsaw University, faculty of Psychology. He took part in many certification trainings and owns: Blanchard International Group Certificate – Situational Leadership II Trainer, Extended DISC Consultant Certificate, Polish Psychological Society Trainers Certificate and Practitioner Licencee in scope of Neuro-linguistic programming in business - International Association NLP.

He is Senior Partner in the company and is involved in major and strategic projects. He has over 15 years of experience in areas of delivering strategic workshops (focused on increasing management & HR systems effectiveness in organisations), leadership and employees management, preparing and carrying-out strategic development projects, building and increasing team effectiveness and coaching.

Henryk is fascinated with organisational culture and its implications to the company’s performance, work-climate, engagement and outputs. In his projects he combines the wide array of methods and tools aimed at providing the best possible solutions to clients. He likes to combine organisational diagnosis (itim’s MFM Model) with individual solutions (personality diagnosis) to get the most from team synergy processes.

He likes changes; therefore he prefers to work in various project teams, concentrated on realising goals and achieving success. He is inspired by people and the opportunity to constant development and self-improvement. Privately in love with his family – he has a wife and two daughters - Henryk loves to spend his free time in his house in Warmia, Poland.
