Before Javier joined itim in 2001, he was the Managing Director of Human, a company working in the HR field (recruitment, training and consultancy) and, afterwards, Business Development Director in Coinpasa, a company consisting of a group of organizations working in several fields, including human resources and consultancy.

Javier has worked in the USA, the Netherlands, the U.K., Belgium and Hungary for several EU projects, amongst others PHARE, SPRINT, EUREKA and THERMIE with participants from the different European countries. His current clients include: Iberia, Hewlett-Packard, Endesa, Autoliv, Sara Lee, BBVA, Agilent and many more.

Javier is a visiting lecturer at the UPV (Basque Country University), the University of Deusto and at the ESEUNE Business School. He is fluent in Spanish and English and has moderate language skills in French.
