Paulo Finuras joined itim in 1999, and is our Portuguese licensee. Paulo is our link with Africa as he spends a bigger part of his working time in Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde Islands.

Paulo is Sociologist with an MBA in Global Management and International Policy. Until now, as International Business Director of Cegoc Portugal he undertakes all kinds of work related to the field of International Human Resources: primarily Strategies and Policies, HRM Systems, Development Centers and Intercultural Management Training. His experience covers the successful development of HR Training Program’s, International HRM Systems and Strategies. As Head of International HRM Consulting Projects of CEGOC-TEA, and previously as Managing Director and HR Director in Consulting Firm and in a Transport Company he has carried out projects and technical assistance on General and Strategic Management, HRM Consulting Projects (Compensation Systems, Carrier Management, Job Qualifications, Appraisal Systems and Assessment Centers in several company’s in Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde Islands.

The most important working areas of Paulo Finuras in the last 10 years as HRM International Consultant and Adviser are: HR Strategic Management and Policy’s; Design and implementation HR Strategy, Performance Appraisal, Global Compensation, Career Management and Assessment Centers; Training Evaluation Systems; Intercultural and Multicultural Training.
