Sarah was born in Germany but left the country by the age of two and grew up in Saudi Arabia and Uruguay.
After college she did an apprenticeship as industrial clerk and studied business administration in Wuppertal, Germany. With more than nine years experience in the field of HR, she took over her first international project in 2002 in Puebla, Mexico. She is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt, experienced in working with DISC (certified by Persolog, Remchingen) and got her formal trainer formation at the University of Berlin.
Sarah lived and worked in several countries, such as Mexico, Brazil and the Czech Republic. Among her several positions in the Automotive Industry she was over two years responsible for the HR Development Activities of a Global Player in Central- and Eastern Europe. She took care for 20 locations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria and Russia with more than 7.000 employees. After eight years in the Automotive Industry she started to run her own business as trainer and consultant in 2007. Her company is based in Prague, Czech Republic and Augustusburg, Germany.
She is living and renovating with her husband an old house in Saxony 30km from the Czech boarder. The house is going to be one way for her to offer in-house seminars and coaching in a wholesome environment that supports a holistic way of learning and developing.
Sarah is fluent in German, English and Spanish and has a fair understanding of Portuguese and Czech.
