Masterclass on Cross-Cultural Aspects of Legal Negotiation

Itim proudly announces the first Masterclass with a special focus on Legal Negotiations. During this two-day course, highly experienced negotiation and cross-cultural experts join forces to increase your effectiveness when working across cultures. Our top consultants will explain how culture affects your behaviour, reactions, assumptions and expectations. They teach you how to recognise and understand intercultural experiences and you will learn how to deal with the consequences of cultural differences in negotiation settings.

Itim announces the first Open Course with a special focus on Project Management

More and more organisations ask people to work in international project teams. These teams are as a rule not co-located but are "virtual". Research shows co-operating virtually is much more difficult than expected, due to for example differences in leadership styles, delegation techniques and approaches to communication.

Itim has expanded rapidly during the last year. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our new colleagues to you.

New consultants

Over the past year more than ten new consultants joined the itim-group. With the arrival of Adina Luca from Romania and Satu Kreula from Finland, who both reside in the UK, we have not only extensively broadened our services in the UK, but in Eastern Europe and Finland as well. The Nordic countries also got a new representative in Copenhagen with Pernilla Roersoe. Both the German and French offices were pleased to welcome their new colleagues Christi Degen and Valérie Servant. Our Dutch office developed further with six new consultants in the field of change management, culture and personality, intercultural management and organisational culture.

Expansion at the head office

Most recently our headquarters in Stockholm has expanded with the coming of Marleen Dekker. As the Operations Officer of itim International she will be from now on your first point of contact.
