Itim’s online intercultural programme is designed for employees who interact with colleagues or clients from around the world, via telephone, email, fax or in face-to-face meetings. This 75-minute programme covers cultural differences as they affect the work environment, including topics such as communication, information exchange, decision-making practices, information control and hierarchy in the major cultural regions of the world.
